By accessing or using Aviio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Aviio is a marketing intelligence platform that connects to third-party advertising platforms to aggregate, normalize, and analyze your campaign performance data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
To provide support, diagnose and resolve issues, maintain the security of the Service, and improve our product, authorized members of the Aviio team may access your account and the data within it — including data imported from your connected advertising accounts and the insights and action cards generated for you — and may access the Service on your behalf using administrative tools ("support access"). Support access does not expand Aviio's permissions on any connected advertising platform: our access to those platforms remains limited to the read-only scopes you authorize through OAuth, and Aviio cannot create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns. All support access to your account through our administrative tools is recorded in an audit log, and you may request a complete record of that access at any time by emailing support@aviio.io. By using the Service, you consent to support access as described in this section.
You may only connect advertising accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to access. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any advertising platform's terms of service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data imported from your advertising accounts.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aviio is not liable for any decisions made based on data or insights provided by the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
